The Challenge

Harcourts Palmerston North wanted their showroom to make an impact the second someone walked through the door. A standard TV wasn’t going to cut it for a space built around showcasing high-value property listings. The goal was a display that felt premium, scaled to the room, and was simple enough for staff to run day to day without any technical hassle.

Our Solution

We implemented a custom LED video wall, featuring:

    • A 5m x 1.75m LED video wall, positioned at reception desk height so it’s the first thing visitors see walking in.

    • Ultra fine pixel pitch COB (Chip on Board) LED technology, delivering ultra high resolution content with a panel that’s naturally dust, moisture and shock resistant.

    • 700 nits brightness and a 20,000:1 contrast ratio, giving deeper blacks and brighter whites for true-to-life colour.

    • A 3840Hz refresh rate, for smooth, flicker-free motion.

    • A NovaStar video processor, enabling layered content (a property image with a logo banner and live clock overlaid, with no design work required), mosaic/split-screen display, and simple switching between the auctioneer’s laptop and the marketing PC via keypad.

    • Backed by industry leading 5 year warranty, well above the 2-3 year industry standard.
